Note: Refunds are not applicable. In case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange a prompt replacement with a new product.

- Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color. We recommend reading the product description carefully before placing an order.
- Exchange is accepted only for size issues or if a defective product is delivered.
- Return is not accepted for color differences. Slight variations (5–10%) may occur due to screen resolution.
- Return is not accepted if the product is washed or worn.
- Minor issues like loose tassels may occur during transit and can be easily fixed.
- Exchange is allowed only once per product.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Important: Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
We do not provide reverse pickup. Customers must send the product back at their own expense.
